I was offered a room with perfect views of the sea. The location was great and brilliant, on a hill, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was excellent, the food was reasonably priced!

The restaurant prices are a little high, but there are alternative dining options nearby.

The hotel was extremely dated and needed renovation. The room was spacious but the facilities were old and in need of repair.

The peaceful retreat away from the crowds was just what we needed. The stunning views of the ocean during sunset were worth the trip alone. We also appreciated the small but delicious breakfast and the 2 for 1 cocktails that were available all day long. It was nice to have access to a swimming pool as well.

Cloud 19 offered the most amazing dining experience at their restaurant, Lainapa. The chef's culinary skills rival those of a high-end New York City restaurant. I absolutely loved the garlic shrimp appetizer and the fried whole sea bass with chili sauce. The staff at Cloud 19 went above and beyond to make me feel at home, always providing top-notch service with a smile. The breathtaking sunset views from my hotel room were simply unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
